Return Policy

“100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED” RETURN POLICY

We are so confident in our product that we offer a “100% guaranteed satisfaction” return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your inserts, you may return them for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Carefully read and follow the sizing and installation instructions that come with your inserts. Failure to follow these instructions may reduce the performance of your POWERFOOT insert.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Send us an email at info@adrenalinedesign.ca letting us know the reason for the return.
2. We will either issue you a refund or replace your inserts free of charge depending on the situation.
3. In order to process your refund or replacement, ship your inserts to:
   ADRENALINE DESIGN INC.

4. Once we have received your inserts, we will issue you a refund or send you a replacement within 1-2 business days. We will pay the return freight for the inserts being shipped back to you.
